Anyone tried any of the infomercial stuff for at home work outs? I have a treadmill & dumbells but was wondering if there is anymore stuff? Thigh master etc? Did it work?

I just stick to basic stuff.
IMO, that stuff is just a rip-off and you'll find it all for sale up on craigslist.

I mountain bike a lot, lift weights a lot and stick to basic ab exercises on the floor.
All that is enough to keep me in shape.

Bowflex. Best investment I made as far as fitness equipement. I buoght it 7 years ago for $1500.00. If you can get an older model like mine that would be ideal as you can get it for a lot cheaper than I bought it for. The new models are too bulky and cost more. The older models fold up and can be rolled away in a corner for a storage. If space is not an issue and you have he money, then new bowlflex may work, but I still don't like the overall design as the older models.

i have degerative disk disease between the L5 & L6...
i bought the TEETERS inversion equipment...
very soothing to hang upsidedown and eliminate
the pressure... i would say it's worth having around
if you have any back problems.... (but i am not a DR, so this is not a suggestion of treatment... LOL)
