HI! I just read this. This would be great. Ever since I have had my baby i haven't had a chance to scrapbook and I have soooo much to do. That was a year ago. lol I just moved here, but in Chandler we used to rent out the school cafeteria, it wasn't to expensive either, then we would split the cost between everyone showing up. We generally rented it for the entire day and had Jason's deli cater it. I think generally the cost for the rental and food was about $25 a person. Not too bad. Met a lot of people and got a lot done, and lots of new ideas. Let me know if any of you scrappers out there would be interested in this and I can call some of the local schools here or churches even and get some estimates. (IF they do that kind of thing here) As far as kids are involved it is kindof hard to bring them to something like this unless they are old enough to play on the playground. If it we have it at a church maybe we can rent two rooms and I will have my daughters watch all the kiddies.  hehehe Email me ladies!  bergant50@hotmail.com |
