Has anyone had a softener installed by Rayne?
I am looking at having one installed in my house (built without the softener loop), and wanted to get some feedback on how service issues were handeled, and how the install went.

We've got one and we love it! The install went perfect and the representative was awesome. He even came over to check things out as a follow up on a Sunday morning. They even did some "extra" work for free so we could have soft water out front. I don't miss the water spots at all either. lol.

I give them a thumbs up all around.

If you want to come over and check things out (install quality, etc.) just drop me a line.

How long have you had it now? And did you already have the softener loop?
So you can really see/feel a difference?

I also have a Rayne System installed at my house. Very very nice. Soft water is great for our laundry, showers, and dishes. I had a loop, so I can't help you there. They are definitely all about quality and customer service. 2 thumbs up!!!

Brennan is the man!!!

We've had it since August and there is a huge difference. We didn't have a loop but that was no problem. We use less soap products and yes, you can feel the difference.

We also got the RO hook up and that is like night and day from tap water. Completely worth it. It saves soap, lengthens the life of your water heater and piping. Other than my interior shutters, i'd say it was my best investment. It has a lifetime warranty on it too and they've been around since like 1938 or something crazy like that.

When we finally decided that we had had it and needed the softener, we called Rayne and also met with Brennan. He did a really great job at explaining everything and we had heard nothing but good things about Rayne, however, we decided to do our homework as the price seemed alittle high. I spoke with one of my neighbors who had just purchased a system from Spencers. I contacted Spencers and compared everything that they offered with that of Rayne. I did not see any material differences, therefore, could not justify spending twice as much on the system. We did not have the loop either. Spencers installed the loop as well as the RO system to the sink and the fridge and I have been very pleased. I think that Rayne is a good choice, I just decided that it wasnt worth the difference in price. Good luck on your decision.

We have a Rayne and Brennan was awesome! Coming up on one year and I swear it's the best money we ever spent.

What made our decision easier was the warranty. The system has a lifetime warranty, the only thing not covered it the electronic controller which is cheap and easy to replace (I could even do it if need be).

So when comparing make sure you know what is covered and what will happen in the event anything goes wrong.

Check this place http://www.costlesswater.com/ out before you spend twice what you need to.

Rented and then bought from Rayne. We are just shy of two years. We are VERY happy. We didn't have a loop.
