I checked the AZ contractors website and their bond is paid for now. It was suspended for a few months.

They owe people money. Be careful. They are behind $4000 on their rent and hear they owe others money.

That's why I always like to pay for big jobs on a credit card. That way if you get ripped off you can file a claim. Can't do that with a check.
