 Alert | Hey all...
just wondering if we're the only ones that hasn't had the HOA check cashed. We sent the payment to the old company and like 2 days later, we got the new coupon book for the new company. Well, it's been about 3 weeks and nothing.
We're going to call the new place and old place tomorrow...but just wondering if anyone else has this issue? | | | |

Alert | We had the same thing happen, mailed the check THEN received the new coupons a few days later. I went ahead and sent ANOTHER check, because I'll be damned if I'm EVER going to pay a $30 late fee on a $70 bill.
Speaking of which, is it even legal to have a late fee that high for that small a bill if it isn't a credit account? I would think there would be a % limit...anyway.
Long story short, neither check has been cashed. One was sent about three weeks ago, one was sent almost two weeks ago. | | | |

Alert | | We didn't get our payment coupons until June 30th. I mailed the payment Monday the 2nd with a note mentioning how late we received them. The check has yet to clear and I certainly hope they don't try tacking on the late fee. | | | |

Alert | Ours finally got cashed. We tried calling, but got no answer, but luckily it did cash last night.
We're having a party in August? Why on earth is there a party in the middle of the summer when it's 100 outside??? Crazy, but i hope it's fun.
We got our coupon book on the 30th, we had already mailed out the payment. Considering we got the letter weeks earlier saying we would getting a new HOA company, you would think, sending us payment books was a priority, unless they are going to try to make money from all the late fees, which, i hope everyone fights.
never had an HOA before, but honestly, not overly impressed. hopefully this new company will be better. | | | |

Alert | | i mailed mine off on the first and it didnt get cashed until the 18th....they better not dare say we are the ones who are late....im sorry but it doesnt take 16-17 days to get mail to scottsdale or wherever our company is based out of and subsequently cashed on time....and i also never mail things out of our post office...because ive heard such bad things about our mail service down here...in fact we have all of our bills and other important mail sent to the p.o box in ahwatukee...and mail things out of the same post office to make sure things get to where they are supposed to be on time | |
