What is that stuff they spread on the median on the 347, is it seed?

That would be nice. The only problem I see is that if they spread seed that means there will be no guide rail installed anytime in the next few years.

I know back east they spread that same blue green stuff and it does have seed! Jhall, I thought the same thing. I was wondering why they would waste tax payers dollars on that and not completely clean the whole median prior to planting seed!!! It wouldn't surprise me!

They don't seed the medians or shoulders. Probably a weed killer.

I sure hope it's preemergent and not seeds!

The blue-green stuff is pre-emergent. Not seeds!

Ah, must be limitation of the system ADOT uses. Maybe not enough characters to describe it, so they used seeding.

Just weed killer? Darn. Well, there went Desert Dweller's latest enterprise. When I heard it was grass seed, I made plans to buy a couple of really big riding lawnmowers and soak ADOT for mowing the median. I was looking into attaching a photo radar camera to each one and collecting from DPS and Redflex too.

Oh well.

Wouldn't have been easier to loan them some sheep?
