We just got ours yesterday and it is already due the first. No possible way to pay it on time. There is a letter included dated the 7th but no postal date anywhere on the envelope to show when it actually went out. Called the HOA mgr but no response as of yet. Called billing and they were rude and unhelpful.

Traditionally your due on the first with a 15 day grace period. I have heard in the past up to 30 days though with AC. I just got mine last night also.

We just got ours too. But come one, stop griping. You know when it is due. And I think you can pay it on line. Yes we hate to give them out money but we signed up for it.

do what we do, wait till the last minute. The money is there, we just hate handing it over!
When they start to promptly addressl some of the serious issues, then my check will be on time.

That's sort of their M.O. Unfortunately, we have all come to expect it. ;-)

In the years I've lived here, I have never, ever received anything from the HOA that was not due back in more than three days. So as a result, I've never been able to pay early. However, in their defense, they have never assessed me a late fee. So it's one of those things you just have to shake your head at, pay off, and let go before your blood pressure skyrockets. :-)

The water bills are usually the same way, they send it 4-5 days before it is due............
