 Alert | What is up with our assesments?? it went up by 20% is this normal?? Why would they have to have a meeting at the school what is wrong with the park that we pay for?? I'm also questioning some of the fees
$3480.00 for the on-site Association Phone?? are they calling out of country i have un;imited long distance and only pay $50.00/mt??
also 12,000 for social events what are we doing that costes so much
On site personal 154370.00 how much are we paying the two girls working in the office?? around 77185 each??
this all seems like a lot to me. Landscapeing fees seem high since this seems to be for just maintence it would seem we could hire our own guys and pay less then 1/2 mil
a year
and look at the office suppies 21600.00 thats alot of paper and pens
I had to vent and would like to know your thoughts
