Hi Y'all. I am wondering if anyone has heard when the light at Casa Blanca will be effective? I'm surprised it hasn't been uncovered yet.

By some state code - a light has to be "up" for sometime before being activated. I guess its that people that don't use the road often aren't "Surprised" by the light.

You'll know it's on when you see an accident there. Just like when the one at Rinker went up.

I'm just surprised I haven't seen it flashing yellow yet. They usually sit there for a week or two, flash for about a week, and then start using them.
