Alert | | Hi Y'all. I am wondering if anyone has heard when the light at Casa Blanca will be effective? I'm surprised it hasn't been uncovered yet.

Alert | By some state code - a light has to be "up" for sometime before being activated. I guess its that people that don't use the road often aren't "Surprised" by the light.

Alert | | You'll know it's on when you see an accident there. Just like when the one at Rinker went up.

Alert | | I'm just surprised I haven't seen it flashing yellow yet. They usually sit there for a week or two, flash for about a week, and then start using them.
