I went over to this store to find a nice shirt and the owner told me that she is having a 50% off going out of business sale from August 2nd to the 7th. She is taking cash only on purchases. Just wanted to let all you shoppers know.

That's a shame - it's a cute shop and such a wonderful woman running the joint! Sorry to hear it's not going to be in business anymore...

Sassy's opened in January. The owner is a very nice individual and I'm sad that's she going out of business.

Sassy's is at 44480 W. Honeycutt, Suite 104. Head east on Honeycutt from the 347.
Turn left into the Maricopa Business Center. She had a sign in her window saying 50% off.

It was a cute little shop, but there were times that I tried to go in during her posted business hours & the store was locked up. I don't think Maricopa is ready for boutique type shops yet unless the owners have a HUGE amount of capital to keep them from going under for at least 2-3 years. I also rarely saw advertising for Sassy's and it's on such a poorly traveled side street w/out a huge anchor store to draw the drive by business. The little "Sassy" sign was also hard to read from the street. I'm very sad to see another small business go and I really hope she makes a go of the shop some place else, or here again in the future.

FYI - I have been selling clothes in Hidden Valley for over 18 months and now opened a boutique in Maricopa.
All of my new and Pre-Owned ladies fashions are top designers and brands.
I did not open my boutique in a mall that cost thousands of dollars a month to operate. Hence perhaps I can stay open longer than others.
My ladies love the feel of the loft and it has turned out very cute!
I have also been able to keep my pricing lower than any other thrift store, Savers, Ross, etc and I carry designers you will never find at those places.
Don't judge a book by it's cover - The Stage Stop Ol' Coutry Store holds many treasures inside!
