Does anyone tan out here at the salons?
Do you use the tanning bed, or spray / mystic tan?

I tried tanning at my gym and I think I am allergic to the bulbs or maybe tanning beds in general.

I want to start spray tanning, and maybe have tanning parties - since they have parties for everything else! Just curious how many people partake in tanning in town...

I haven't been in too long, but I love the "dub-dip" at the tanning salon between Poco Loco and Brooklyn Boys. You get the spray tan, then up to five minutes in the stand-up bed. It makes you bronze pretty much instantly. It keeps me tan for a week or more, and five minutes with the bulbs doesn't make me feel guilty. It is $30, though, which is why I haven't been recently. I'd definitely recommend it, though.

I've been going to CopaTan, and I LOVE it there! They have the mystic tan and a bunch of different types of tanning beds. The staff there is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. I highly reccomend them!

I would recommend CopaTan. I tanned there for a month before our cruise last year and got a nice deal with a coupon they honored that was actually from the other salon (I can never remember the name of the other place).

With another cruise coming up I checked out both places a few weeks ago and decided against both. I can't justify spending that much money on melanoma.

I will say that the girls at CopaTan were super nice and helpful when I was going. The girl at the other place near Brooklyn Brothers left much to be desired.
