Alert | My son was full of 'em today and although I know there was a thread a while back on this subject, I couldn't find it.....so here is a new one!
1) While driving to the doctor's office my son (3yrs old) started a conversation about when/where it is okay to pick his nose. He asked if he could pick it at the doctor's office & I said no. So, after the appointment, we were walking through the waiting room and he exclaimed with glee, "Mama, NOW I can pick my nose and eat my yucky boogers, that's true!!"
2) I told my son he would be 4-yrs-old the next time it was Halloween. He said, "Ya, and I will be a big boy! I will be a big boy and grow sharp hairs on my face like Daddy." Then he looked concerned and said, "Will you not want to kiss me when I am sharp, Mama?"
3) My eldest has taken up talking on behalf of his little brother...except when he is speaking for Owen (8 months) he changes his whole demeanor. He stands tall, tucks his chin in, puts his hands on his hips and talks in the deepest voice he can make. Oh, and everything Owen says starts with "boy". "Boy, I wish I could eat that pizza but I don't have any teeth!" "Boy, I sure like to climb that chair when I have bigger muscles." | | | |
