Alert | | We bought a spec home in Eagle Crest in March. We are located next to Sundance and love it here. The Sundance homes look super and the models are now open, but I haven't looked through them. You should be able to get a great buy at this time. CJ

Alert | | We are one of I believe, eight residents in Sundance. We have been here for five weeks now, and absolutely love it! We are eagarly awaiting new neighbors though. So, come down and check out the models! We were able to design our own home, so it's just what we wanted. But, I will say that they are itchin' to move their spec homes out asap. My husband checked the Dr.Horton website not long ago, and he saw a spec home on there that ended up selling for $15,000 less than ours (same model). And of course, it came equipped with EVERYTHING.
