Alert | i am not happy, can anyone tell me if they are always sending their billings late in purpose.
do you know if it is legal for them to bill you a demand letter for not paying another demand letter each demand letter is $40.oo I always exclude my payment of that fee and yet they left it alone for about a year and now they are doing it again plus late fees on the demand letter and now they are saying they can put a lien on my property for $95.00
