 Alert | | Anyone know the latest info on flying with kids? Can I bring drinks and snacks? Is 3 oz the limit for kids? CAan you even buy anything in 3 oz increments? I am getting ready to go to the store and wanted the info before I shop. Thanks | | | |

Alert | | NO liquid at all! 3 oz is for toiletries. You can not bring juice or even water in a baby baottle. They do sale that stuff at the gates! You can bring dry snacks. | |

Alert | | The same rules do apply. But, if you have milk in a sippy cup, they let that go through. Snacks, you can take whatever. If you need drinks other than that, you can also buy them after security. | |

Alert | | ... just flew last week... had to throw away our bottled water (I had taken it to make bottles on the plane) but was able to make an 8oz bottle before going through security, he was drinking it & they were fine with that. All our dry snacks were fine, apples were fine... we kept all toiletries in the luggage we checked in. I have flown with a 2 1/2 mth old-had my Bjorn on - he slept the entire way! Much easier flying when they are really young, as opposed to 8-9 mths! | | | |

Alert | Hi Demonica! I flew with Owen at that age. It was fine. Just bring his comfort object (aka, your ta-tas) and you'll be fine. If he has any type of scheduleat that point, take advantage of it and fly when he sleeps. Also, be prepared to be treated like you have the plegue. People will think he is adorable, of course, and then move as far away from you as they can. Just smile and nod.  | | | |

I have flown with very small babies (3 mos old) and it was fine. We bought a seat on the plane for him and he rode in his car seat (for safety) when he wasn't nursing. I have also seen moms with infants in a sling which looks like a good idea. Convenient nursing and if you hit turbulance baby stays safely attached to you.

Alert | Ok, so I have travelled to Europe, California, Texas with Jaden between 6mos-15mos and EVERYTIME we go it is different. I had breastmilk with the icepacks, it was fine, BUT he drnak them, so the empty case with the packs was NOT FINE, go figure. And definately THEY tossed his water from the sippy. THEY SAID: Juice is FINE in the SIPPY! ( WHat is the difference?) SO I just go there with the sippy with little juice and water and say it is juice and if they toss, oh well, I will buy something over the security. IT IS REALLY CONFUSING, cause they DO NOT HAVE ANY UNITY, so travellers would really be preapared. I even asked them how come the last time it was different, they just say that is it right now! And fruits were FINE! and also I had baby food for him, was fine!
oh, I have to tell you guys, I forgot to check my hair mousse to my check in, so I was in the line when I realized it, so I was like oh well, maybe it will be tossed , BUT THEY DID NOT NOTICED IT!!! And again coming back the same thing! SO you JUST NEVER KNOW!!!!!!!! | |

Alert | | Yes, I was stopped with water and powdered formula, if it wasn't mixed up, I couldn't take it. I mixed it right there in line, and was fine. They wouldn't let me take the water to make bottles later. | |
