... that looks awesome! We went on Sunday and it looks really good! My question is do you think the shopping center they are building in maricopa will be anything special, like san tan village or like the shopping center they have in Gilbert off the 202 and gilbert road?
What worries me is that those areas in Gilbert have a higher avg. income so they are indeed gonna have "higher end" retail stores...Do you think Vestar is going to put "there all" into the shopping center planned across from Harrah's or will it just be another shopping "with a Payless"? Of course, I'll be glad with whatever is built but just wanted to knoe what you guys think...

Are they still even building a shopping center here?

They are who we thought they were!

The sin-laws live right across the freeway from San Tan Village. We went the weekend it opened and it's pretty cool. I like that you can park on the streets in front of the stores. I thought that was neat. I imagine they have it blocked off every weekend though?

I hope whatever mall eventually comes here has the same type of stores. Although I think Maricopa could do without a Swarovski store.

Janice, not Janet.

Just don't take photos! When I get out of jail, I'll explain why.

The mall by the casino from my understanding is projected 2010. San Tan Village is really very nice was there last Friday at the ribbon cutting- the goal is to make it like I believe it is called Villago, work shop and live in the same community.
