Alert | We've been looking around for a part-time nanny to look after our kids for just four hours, three days a week. Can't seem to find anyone willing to come to our home. With three kids I'd really like to avoid packing them up. Any ideas?

Alert | | The reason it is so difficult to find is because everybody runs in-home daycares here in Maricopa or they are a full-time nanny for one family.

Alert | I think you are expecting too much.
Think about it. You are asking for someone to come to your house and watch only your children for about 12 hours a week, making the nanny unavailable for other families. Nannies have bills to pay as well. I think a lot of people forget that. Convenience usually comes with a price. I think you will continue to have a difficult time finding someone unless you pay more than a typical part time position would pay.
If you choose to bring your children to someone, I know a great girl in Rancho who is looking for another family.

Alert | | I have used www.gonannies.com. It is a great website and there are college students that are looking for extra income but cannot do full time! I have had tons of luck with this site...

Alert | I heard Super Nany was inthe Area.
I think she has a long waiting list.
Good luck finding someone.
| | Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem. ______________________________________ *************************************** San Diego Super Chargers! GO!!! Joined old forum March 2006 Post count: 3068 + these | |
