Alert | | The property management group is Ogden & Company with the Senita rep being Kriss Lindberg. In my limited experience with him, he has proven to be the worst type of beureaucrat. As an example, I have contracted with a recycle company because Senita does not yet provide recycling. I was given a notice for "leaving my trash can out on non trash days". I spoke to Kriss and clarified that it was a recycle bin and he stated that there would be no issue and that I would need to switch over to whatever recycle company Senita brings in when they get a contract. I said that was fine and continued to leave my recycle bin out on Fridays for pick up. I received 3 more notices in the next 4 weeks for the same reason. I had to write a letter bringing up the fact that this situation was agreed to several weeks prior. It turns out that A.) Kriss had forgotten about it and B.) Did not communicate it to his office personnel who just send out numbered generic violation notices. | | | |
