 Alert | HEY any of you guys live by the park at Ben (between Shadow Ridge and Cactus Cove?) I dont need to know WHERE you live BUT if you could be neighborly and check it out when kids are there alone...THEY are vandalizing that park BAD!! The BBQ was completely knocked over, they put their foot through the slide and burnt the table. Not too mention the TAG on the ground!! Whenever I walk my dogs I always cruise by there...If I see anything I always talk to them and even ask if they know who is doing this??? I know its not much but IF I lived right there Id have a flood light on them in a heart beat! LOL

Alert | Here is the reply that I received from the HOA manager ....
I have been dealing with this vandalism now for a while. I was there last night with the police as the kids have destroyed the new repair to the rubberized tot turf. I am researching surveillance systems for key areas in the community. I will be putting together a proposal and submitting it to the board. Thank you for your input.

Alert | | I'm with you, Stink! I think our neighborhood in general is too dark. We don't have street lights. We aren't forced to leave our lights on, as per the HOA. Which only allows delinquents free run of the neighborhood. I have little kids that would love to use the park, but can't. Something needs to be done. | |
