Alert | Let me tell you...
I HATE HATE HATE Dentists with a passion. I have always had bad experiences with them.
Someone here on 85239 recommended SMILELINES!
So I made my appointment and boy was I amazed. I warned them about my fear when I called and when I got there, they were WONDERFUL!
They are understanding and very gentle. They explained everything to me before anything was done. My teeth have never looked or felt so good.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would even recommend them more to parents with children.
They are great people there and the office itself it very nice. they have like the newest equipment too!

Alert | | I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist, and my stress goes up each time I go. However, I have never had a bad experience with a dentist and felt all of them were awesome! The only time I've changed dentists is when my insurance changes or someone moves.

Alert | Thanks for the tip. I am petrified of the dentist too so it's good to know they are understanding. If I get brave enough I'll give them a call.

Alert | The MAIN reason I went to them was because they had sedation(sp)
and I for sure need that whenever I get cavities filled or any kind of major work!

Alert | | I completely second the SmileLines comment. They are AWESOME! I just had a ton of dental work done because I hadn't gone in years, due to the fact that I had too many BAD dental experiences and absolutely hated dentists. I would recommend SmileLines to everyone!

Alert | | I wonder if they will sedate for a general cleaning. lol I am petrified of going to the dentist. I know I am due for a cleaning, but I can't bring myself to do it. Good to have information on the local dentists though!

Alert | | Yup they are GREAT! I take my kids there and my daughter was very very very scared of going to the dentist and she actually let them pull a tooth with a "little" sedation, but she let them and she is 10 yrs old, now she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!

Alert | | Who is the main dentist that "owns" SmileLines so I can look on my insurance provider and see if they are listed. I am due to go to the dentist, just haven't heard of any goods lately. Where are they located?

Alert | Well.
I think his name is actually Mr. Lines. (don't quote me) I think he is the only dentist there. but you should call.
They are located behind the sonic near that urgent care thing.
but yeah. They have 2 different kinds of sedation. kinda like a level one is the laughing gas. the level two is pills where you are completely knocked out.
I AM TOTALLY GETTING THE PILLS!
I have to get a crown. boo for that.
My favorite thing there is the spit sucker! It's not like a normal one. It's totally cool. I think that was one of things that kind of put me at ease.
Oh and I must point this out. when they do the gum line measurement thing. It was the least painful it has ever been for me.
I had I believe Gary when I was there. he was super nice.

Alert | | Wow, thats good to know. What is the gum line measurement thing?? Never heard of that. When I have been to the dentist they just took "pictures" of my teeth and then cleaned them. I have never had a cavity or anything so haven't had to worry about that stuff thankfully.

Alert | The measurement thing is to help prevent gum disease.
They just take this thing that looks like a tooth pick and stick it in between your gum and your teeth.
It usually hurts me really bad. Maybe my gums are just really good? I don't know!

Alert | I am going to "join the bandwagon" and add my opinion about SmileLines! Not only is the front office (Shannon & Jolynn???)welcoming and friendly, but the entire staff (from Gary, to Rosie,Carmen and Dr. Lines)is fabulous and caring! I am picky about dentists and I must say my experiences so far at SmileLines have been terrific! I have already reccommended them to friends & family - if you are searching for a dentist in Maricopa, at least check them out...you wilkl not be dissappointed.

Alert | | Alright, I have to agree 100% with everyone about Smilelines. I HATE going to the dentist for any reason. I went today to Dr. Lines, and loved everyone in there. I felt so comfortable and informed on what they want to do. I will let you all know more tomorrow, after a root canal. If I feel any pain it is all over for me, I have severe panic attacks about the dentist.
