<b>MAKE SURE </b>you get the house where the barking is coming from, try alerting that neighbor at a conveniant time...not late at night or whatever. Than, if nothing happens or the barking continues, let the HOA know. Im not a fan of those who report barking every .2 seconds as my dog has been mistakenly pointed at for other neighbors in our surrounding neighborhood....I understand the report, just GET THE RIGHT HOUSE!!!!! gOOD Luck

Or you can call the Dog Whisperer.....LOL Seriously, speak to the neighbor first, if they do nothing, report to HOA.

Not sure which house it is, as it is always at night and they are across the greenbelt. I called the HOA and she said to call the city. Thanks HOA, for nothing.

Actually you need to contact the SPCA they can write up a report and deal with it or Maricopa PD can also handle that. Its really not the responsibility of the HOA to control or deal with that (not that I'm any fan of our HOA its just not up to them to handle this)
