 Alert | Can anyone tell me how much the local massage therapist cost? I was considering Massage Envy because their rates are so low, but I have heard the quality isn't that great.
I was in a fender bender last night and I am getting sore.

Alert | Celeste is an awesome massage therapist, she works out of Pinnacle Physical therapy here in town. She is $60 an hour--and worth every penny. Her number is 520-868-6100. That is the number to the office and just ask to speak with her. They also provide physical therapy, so if you have seen a doctor for your injury and need some treatment you should check them out.

Alert | Definitely Danielle of Lotus Transformations. She is excellent, works out of her home in VRED, a wonderful person and is extremely reasonable in her rates. She does do gift cards, and gives discounts for first time massages and packages. Her website is http://www.lotustransformations.com/
Massage Envy and those kinds of places are okay, but usually for therapists just out of school and they rarely stick around. You never know if the same person will be there next time, so you aren't guaranteed a great experience every time. | |

Alert | | Tasha at the tanning salon by Brooklyn Boys is also great, she helped reduce swelling in my ankles from when (clumsy) me tripped going up the airport stairs in Hawaii, the difference she made was incredible, very reasonable prices as well. | | | |

Alert | | If you have some sort of health insurance, Advanced back and neck at QC/Alma next to Keegans does the 1 hr massage for your $10 copay. Thats all it costs and they have great massagers. | | | |
