Alert | Thinking of spending a couple days there this fall. Any recommendations as to where to stay and things to see? Has anyone stayed at the Shady Dell?

Alert | | We stayed at the Copper Queen several years ago. The only thing I remember about it was that it was a very old hotel, allegedly haunted by ghosts of the past!!!

Alert | Shertex has a similar thread under the general section.
We stayed at the Grand Hotel - similar to the Copper Queen. Several hotels have ghostly residents according to the staff. Do the Copper Queen Mine tour, Kartschner Caverns, Tombstone and just drive around in the mountains and enjoy FALL with leaves that change and everything!

Alert | It is! Plan when you want to go to Kartschner and get your tickets ahead of time. They only let so many people in at a time. That way, you won't have to wait.
