 Alert | | FYI, For those of you (like us) that have been told that you cannot get Qwest DSL in your new Senita III home do not believe it. Apparently it's a case of one hand not talking to the other. We recently got ours installed and are much happier with it than with Orbitel. Well actualy it is VDSL, not DSL. Not sure what the difference is, but it works great and is faster than Orbitel, especially in the evening. | | | |

Alert | | Actually I have been in my house 3 weeks now and just jumped up on to Qwest's website yesterday. It now automatically qualifies me for DSL and Qwest Choice TV when I enter in my phone number. It looks like they've finally got things straightened out. | |

Alert | | It took some phone calls back and forth between a customer service rep, but I just got off the phone with Qwest. They are installing our VDSL next Thursday. If they tell you they don't provide it in Senita III, I'd ask to speak to a manager. Good luck, Nathan! | | | |
