Alert | Check out the thread titles "Who here lives in Senita (east of the Santa Rosa Wash)"
Read through and you will see many of your new neighbors. Welcome to Senita! Who is your builder? | | Welfare's purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.

Alert | | We live in the Pulte Wildflower section on the east side of Santa Rosa Pkwy. Moved in last month and are really happy with our home. We closed 2 days before the original date. They scheduled the final walk and closing about 1 month before we closed.

Now, how do you know you live in "Wildflower"? Unless that's the name of your model home. I think there's certain section of Senita III have different names, but I don't remember them. I wonder if there's going to be any designation for these names.

Alert | | Wildflower is the series of homes built by Pulte. They build the Wildflower series and the Cactus series. On the east side of Santa Rosa Pwy, the Wildflower series homes are on the north end near Honeycutt and the Cactus series are on the south end near MCG Hwy.
