Alert | Well she was right, it does have to be between 85-145 or it wont adhere. I havent been paying attention to the temperature but I do think it has been below 85 at night lately.
According to the ADOT website it can only be done between March 15th to May 31st, and from September 1st to November 15th. So if it really doesnt get done soon then yep I guess it will be May. | | | |

Alert | I give them credit for being able to finish 1 lane of phase 2 in 3 days... It took how ling for phase 1 and it was a nightmare...
