I went to KFC/LJ on Wednesday and bought 3 meals to go and when I got home they were just,<img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/biggrin.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Big Grin' align='absmiddle'> might I say bad product! I have never experienced this before from them and the service is always very good. I had my other half take my receipt in today and let the mgr. know what the kids and I had experienced and he made it right for us! Now that is good customer service and greatly appreciated too! Thanks KFC/LJ we will be back to eat in the near future due to good customer support.<img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/biggrin.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Big Grin' align='absmiddle'>

They will replace the order of anyone who complains. Thats what they are told to do, by the corporate office.

Wow, that's too bad! I never experience bad service, just the one time for take out. I hope you had a discussion with the mgr. I did and he sure took good care of us!
