 Alert | I dont get it. The other day I had just pulled up to the stop sign at Honeycutt to make a left hand turn and some blonde bimbo in a white sporty car goes around me on my left, into on coming traffic, cuts in front of me makes a left turn without stopping and then cuts off a truck. She had the nerve to yell out her window at me because I honked at her. How in the heck does she know I wasnt going to make my left turn as she was pulling in front of me. I had a quick urge to do so (I have great insurance) but rethought it because I had my kids in the car.
Oh and I loved this one. Pulling up to the light at Frys to make a left (in the turning lane) and a car full of teenage mexican boys cuts across two lanes of traffic and cuts me off to make a left into Frys, he came within inches of me hitting him. Then they have the nerve to flip me off and yell spanish course words at me!!!
Oh and you also have to love the people that think cutting through the parking spaces instead of going up the lanes like everyone else does is really going to save them tons of time. Then they get mad at you when you honk at them for almost hitting you.
I have lived in San Francisco, Seattle and Phoenix and I have never come across worse drivers than those here in Maricopa. I just dont get it.

Your best bet is to drive defensively and hope that one day they will get theirs. Theirs being a nice white cross and some lovely candles and flowers on the side of the road.
Were the mexicans illegals? I read on another post that they probably don't have insurance. | | | |

In my case, I get upset when they do things that are unnecessary and unexpected. I never hit them because I'm always following far enough back. For example, people who slam on their brakes when traffic in front is just slowing down a bit. | |

Then you're tailgating. You need to follow 2-4 seconds (depending on your reaction time, car and skill level) behind for an appropriate following distance. | |

it would be so nice to have a site where you can type in their plate number and they get in the mail a letter of what you wrote! haha I know there is some plate site but its not like anyone goes and checks it.. I want something sent to them.
It would be nice if you had some type of gun you can shoot at them like a paintball that is big and yellow.. so people can see.. oh that guy was a idiot this morning, someone shot him.. haha

Do you sit next to the person in the lane next to you for miles on end while the traffic fills up behind you at 55 miles an hour? Do you speed up when you see that someone is trying to pass in your lane, or do you move over like you are supposed to?
The plain and simple fact is that there are those of us that are in a hurry, I am not always in a hurry but I understand. So many driving on the 347 act like its insane to think anyone would want to go faster than you. If you notice that you arent blowing past the person on your right, then get over when the next opportunity arrives, someone has probably been sitting behind you going berzerk for the last 20 minutes waiting to get around you. No wonder they flip you off.
We all have to deal with a 20 minute, two lane drive, so try and pay attention for 10 minutes, then you can get back to your cell phone, and screaming kids, and SUV that is two times too large for you, just like the rest of the morons up in the Valley. | | | |
