Alert | | Have an informal agreement to go in to Ramseys old pad, pending the approval of a liquor license. Awesome place. I've been to the one near Ray. Keep your fingers crossed that all goes forward.

I will still miss Ramsey's very much. | | Poster formerly known as Sassafrass.

Alert | What kind of food do they have? I looked for their website, but it doesn't have anything but the Gilbert address and the hours on it, no menu

Alert | Ohhh!! Teaks is awesome! We'd be so lucky to have one here!
Tigg, I've only been to the one in Chandler which is primarily a bar with wings, sandwiches, salads, etc. The best part is they serve up massive buckets of peanuts and you get to throw the shells on the floor. I don't know why I love that, I just do.

I'm with you on this one.....when it happens you can buy me a beer. If you replace that Leinhart pic, with a Tom Brady one.

Alert | | Oh, that old American grill with the ram on the front of it? I haven't gone in there. It looks like some type of old cowboy steakhouse you'd find in Pine. Does it have sawdust on the floor?

Alert | | Cool another hang out place. Can't wait. So does anyone know what is being put up between Pizza hut & the Former Ramsey's place? | | "Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent." -Marilyn vos Savant

Agreed, Teakwoods is better than Ramseys in every way imaginable. Also if true it will prove that Ramseys didnt go out of business just because of a greedy landlord extorting Ramsey with high rent.
Thanks, Higgs | | Liberalism and capitalism address themselves to the cool, well-balanced mind. They proceed by strict logic, eliminating any appeal to the emotions.
