Whatever. Ya, growth is just going to come to a complete stand still and we will eventually turn into a modern day ghost town, because the market dipped...

Come on! Phoenix is still growing, houses are still on the market and some are actually selling...even here! Roads are being improved, the market will go back up, all will be good again. It's a cycle, too much of anything causes a surplus! Too many houses built, too many bad loans accepted etc. There is no get rich quick realities out there, if you were one of the investors that came here to reap the rewards - that is a risk you take in realestate, sometimes you make a killing and sometimes you have to invest the time to get the reward! The rest of us moved here for the community, not how much we could make from our houses in the near future! So quit crying and deal with the reality.

I don't believe I ever mentioned being an investor! I have a house there I lived in for 3 1/2 years.

Thanks for the attitude though! Appreciate it!

Didn't mean the attitude with it, sometimes just how I word things that sound beotchy.... For that I appologize.

But the rest is true and was not pointed at you, just as a response to the whole topic. I hear this all the time from people out here and I guess it's kind of getting on my nerves! The market will come back up, I have no doubt about that. It's what we make of this city that will determine the length of time that it takes to come back to the growth that it was once at.

***official stop by***

I have read and understood the posting on this thread and have nothing to add.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.
