Just before sunrise, Mars is overhead, Venus is at about 45 degrees above horizon and Saturn is at 20 degrees; All in the eastern sky.
Just after sunset, Jupiter is 30 degrees abone the SSW horizon.

Thank you so much azreplant. I'm not sure of the degree at which it's sitting at about 4am but we did notice the orange-ish hue so that makes sense.

By "it" I am assuming you mean Mars. At 0400 it is at about 45 degrees elevation in the east and Venus has just risen above the eastern horizon but might not yet be visible due to nearby houses.
