Cobblestone Farms primary contact at L&R is Linda Severs.
If there are any issues or concerns, they should be reported through the management company.
If there is an emergency, call the police....this is especially important when it comes to the community pool which seems to have its own set of problems: trespassers, vandalism. etc
I encourage everyone to come to the HOA meetings. Get on the agenda.....contact L&R and let them know you will be there and want to discuss subject X. Please know that L&R will be present at the board meetings. So this is your chance to voice concerns with them as our management company....come and check on your requests....see what L&R has done for you.....
The board meetings are currently held in the room next to the DMV off of HoneyCutt Road.
The meetings are from 6pm-8pm.
The meetings left in the year are:
August 21
September 18
October 16
November 20
December 18
