Alert | Agreed. I wobble -- half the time I am LOVING the show and the other half I am wondering what the heck is going on.
HATED the pedophilia reference last night. It was just too gross to imagine.

Alert | | i like JFC, you can tell the it was directed by the guy who did Deadwood, there are a ton of cast members from that show on JFC. i really like this show, its different and i think thats why i love HBO programming in genereal. i cant stand watching sitcoms anymore on network tv, i could watch HBO original programming forever. all time favs are Curby Your Enthusiasm and Six Feet Under | | listened for, they cannot be heard;looked for, they cannot be seen; felt for, they cannot be touched: old ninja proverb

Alert | I havent seen this because I dont have HBO, but have a hatred for it regardless because this show is the reason why Deadwood got canned.
See the the guy who did Deadwood wanted to try something new, and had this idea, which is why Deadwood "died". Like I have said on a previous forum though, he did say once season 1 is done filiming (which I think that would be the case now) he will start on the two Deadwood movies to finish the show, but we all know how projects like that can get shelved and never take shape. | | Go Blue!!!!!

Yeah no kidding. Did you spot Deadwood's Trixie in this week's ep?
I can't STAND the guy who plays the doctor (the one who witnessed the miracle). The two characters that he played on Deadwood were so despicable (especially the second one -- the slasher guy) that I just can't look at his face anymore. UGH!!

Alert | i had forgotten about the slasher, that guy was an effin nut job, i was glad to see him go.
i actually liked this past episode, john got even weirder than normal. wonder if they are really gonna do the whole god/angel angle or are they trying to mess with our heads? the chich who played Trixie was the woman from the little cafe who was left the $5 tip right? | | listened for, they cannot be heard;looked for, they cannot be seen; felt for, they cannot be touched: old ninja proverb

Alert | Yeah, the same actor played the slasher guy AND the guy who shot Wild Bill. He has very creepy evil eyes. I guess that the doc (in J from Cin) is supposed to be a good guy but I can't get past the eyes -- I keep seeing those slashed women. Ugh.
Trixie WAS the woman who got the $5 tip. Cool huh?

Alert | | Did anyone watch until the very end? Hubby was hooked, so I watched too. After watching last night's final episode I have one question, can anyone explain to me what the heck this show was about???? Did I miss something? It doesn't seem to me that anything was explained...

Alert | I watched to the end. I loved it. No, not everything made sense, but that was part of the fun of it.
How cool was it to see Deadwood's Woo in last night's show??
