I posted in the Local Events about a Park Lane party I wanted other women to come to and the Forum Police erased it, however there is someone that has a thread about throwing a Pampered Chef Party. How is this fair? I am not promoting a business just simply trying to invite women to come to my party and hang out. I am always trying to make new friends. Does anyone find this absolutely ridicolous?

theotheramy, Just wanted to let you know that I did not get a PM. Sometimes I have problems with PM'ing people.

What other threads have gotten deleted? This bites! How am I supose to make friends if I can't reach other women to invite them to my party, or any other events I throw in the future.

I sent it right after I typed my reply, not before... so let me know if you still don't get it.

I had the same thing happen to me when I was hosting a party. At least you know that your not being singled out.

What about trying in the 'Connections' section? Maybe they are only trying to keep local events for city-related events?
I don't know.
Ask Carolyn, and let us know, I'd be curious to know as well!

Seems pretty simple to me. You are hosting a Park Lane Party. Items are sold for profit at the party, so you are advertising without paying for said advertisement. So, just post that you are having a chick party and PM you for details. Simple.
