I used the urine remover liquid but it seems that she may have went elsewhere because it smells. I use a blacklight and can find nothing. Any suggestions on what to use to shampoo the carpet. Alert | Have you tried "Nature's Miracle?' I used that when I was housebreaking our dog, and it worked great.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest a carpet cleaner that specializes in pet stains & odors - local guy - Paul Craig of The Burns Clean Team - 520-568-9509 or 480-889-4480. We have an elderly Pekingese that had a lot of urination issues. He did a phenomenal job. The stains never came back & the odor was gone. | | | |

Alert | | Also if you continue to have problems with cats going in certian spots you can get this stuff called Feliway at Petsmart, it is quite expensive for a small bottle but if you spray it where they have gone before, or on things they scratch on they will not go back there or scratch there again. Has to do with a pheromone that calms the cat down or something. | |

FYI - The least expensive places to get Feliway are Petsmart online (about $10 less expensive per refill than in the stores) or Ryan's Pet Supply. I use too much of it to keep Flopsy somewhat sane not to find the best price! | | | |

They keep mice and other rodents away. After that I can'think of a reason to have a cat. | | | |
