Recently discovered Tortosa and Sorento today and am happy with what I saw! Can you recommend builders or who to stay away from?

We live in the Shea Homes and absolutely LOVE them.  It is a stable builder that is not going anywhere.  They are committed to finishing our neighborhood!  Our house is well built and beautiful.  If there is a problem, they are there that day to fix it.

We also live in Shea(Villago). They were great to work with. Being first time homeowners they were easy to talk to and always answered our questions.

I live in Maribella but unfortunately elite has gone bankrupt. so stay away from elite.(made good houses though) but from what I had seen it depended on how much you wanted to spend so just come down and talk to any of the builders

We live in an Atreaus home. We bought a home that was already built and was perfect for what we were looking for. Some of the spec homes they have don't have the flooring, countertops and cabinets done so you can decide on your own...We have lived in this home since April and have not had any issues, and if we have, they took care of them within a few days without an issue. The neighborhood is very quiet. We have not regretted our decision at all. The lot size is just right as well. We love living out here as far out as we can. So very quiet and peaceful away from everything.
