I head the architectual committe, and two other residents, Greg and Leslie are on the committe with me. I have and keep every email of every request, and the discussion that follows, up tot he point where I send a reply to Kriss. Any RESIDENT OF SENITA is more than welcome to come look at my emails tracking requests.

If you don't know what you're talking about, keep your mouth shut!  You have already publicly stated your dislike for HOA's.  We get it, you don't like them.  You can stop posting about it now.

Well, I do give you credit. You are a unpaid rep. Not too many people are willing to step up to that challenge. So give yourself a pat on the back and don't let the responsibility affect your life. After all, your first priority is your family and your own well being. Being a board rep.should come secondary.

This is still a free country, and I DO NOT have to keep my mouth shut, and I can post anytime I desire. You still don't have the right to tell me what to do.

Kriss Lindberg refused to give us the names of the members of the architectural committe; therefore, we concluded that there is no architectural committee. He must be a one-man show.

We're glad we don't have to live in Maricopa. As soon as we are able to dump our two houses there, we will be much, much happier. We do all our shopping in Casa Grande, Ahwatukee, Chandler and Tempe. We refuse to support Maricopa in any way, shape or form. The schools are bad, the houses are crowded together, and the socialism of the HOAs is too much to take. We are, by far, not the only ones who feel this way.

Thanks desertgal, since you do NOT live in Maricopa, i would pleased not to see you in this forum !!!!, commenting on schools and homes in Maricopa is easy, but altleast we are better off than Phoenix, where police officers are shot at, drug cartilling occurs and homes are used for drug trafficking

I like HOAs, don't get me wrong.

It just seems from your posts that you REALLY enjoy your position of authority over your neighbors.

I am not saying you are corrupt, but that you delight in being the landscape-overlord of Senita.

I believe Graham is trying to do his part since no one really wants to step up to the plate and take ownership on many things. He is doing what he can to enforce rules were all agreed too(CC&R's). So we attack the messanger why?  IMO seems a bit odd. IMO
