What in particular do you need help with? I am proficient in most Microsoft applications, such that I hate most of them with a passion, but I am known as the go-to person for troubleshooting issues. I currently work in the software industry, and troubleshooting is my specialty.

....I have been working on a power point for my daughter and seem to have problems getting it to run right. I also have work which requires me to do presentations and I'm trying to be better at pivot tables.....and excel pie/bar graphs....
