I want to thank RJ and the AUL for a job well done. Everything we had done went to plan and the only issue we had was resolved to our satisfaction. These guys are professionals and really care what their customers think!

Thanks again AUL!!!<img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/w00t.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='w00t' align='absmiddle'>

I agree AUL does care what the customer thinks and do want to be certain customers are satisfied. AUL did our front and back yard. We had some issues along the way and were very upset with everything. RJ stated he would make it his goal to be certain we were 100% satisfied with our yard and to his credit he came through. We love our yard and how AUL handled the whole situation. We wish that things had not gone wrong from the begining, but what more can you ask of a company to know that if things do go the wrong way they will be there to address and fix all issues. We will certainly look to use AUL again when we are ready to build our courtyard.

Thank you all for the nice and kind words. Yes had and still have some issues with the schedule but we are working are hardest to get past them.

With the weather being so hot and our guys working over time, we had some issues. Cause of those issues we have seen, we are working our best to make our customers happy and satisfied with their yard. Cause obviously its not our yard and we want to make sure they LOVE their yard before we finish.

Again thank you for the nice and kind words. You all rock for sticking with us through our "tough" times.
