We live in Mission Villages- (the small homes by Elite) In our neighborhood there are several homes with weed problems which I know is to be expected with all of the foreclosures in the area. There is one home however, that has been almost completely engulfed by the weeds. You can no longer see the front door, they have overtaken the For Sale sign n the front yard.  I was going to go clean it up one morning myself, but realized that I did not even know where to start. A friend called the realtor whose name was on the sign and they said that it is not their responsibility and that the owners are living down the street from the house.

What can be done? Who do I call? The city? I know that it is not the fault of the HOA, but in a few months the entiire house will have disappeared in a sea of tumbleweeds. Any thoughts?
