Well, from the lack of response, I guess I'm the only one who cares that the signs have been down forever...

The lack of response is because this site isn't used as much anymore.  I usually only check in 2 or 3 days a week now since there is a lack of posting and people who are on.

I don't agree with some of the ways that they have handled the issues that has come up regarding the other site.  The banning of people left and right is in my opinion not the way to handle it.

The sign will be fixed again for the 3rd time this weekend.   I've also spoken to H&N and I think one of the fixes will to also put some bushes in from of the sign that will help keep people out.

To maricopamigra, if you use the HOA website for posting, a copy will go to ALL board members and you'll more likely get a response

Thanks for the reply....good to hear.  I think H & N did an excellent job cleaning up the grounds.

Well considering that it's always been fixed free of charge if you know someone that can do it better please let us know.

The last time was done with epoxy.  They bent with force the lettering to get it off.  It has been straightened again.  This time it will be put back up with bolts through the letters.  We're also looking at putting cactus under to help stop it.

Sorry for the delay.  DH only has one day off a week and last weekend was Father's Day.  I think that he's entitled to take a day of rest.

Plans are to get it up this weekend.  You're more than welcome to come and help.  Volunteers are never turned away.

I really would volunteer to help put up the sign, but I work weekends.
