We live in the DR Horton Part Of Tortosa and we have no school bus service to/from The new Desert Wind Jr High School. My fiance went to the school transportation division on Monday and they told her it was overlooked. They are not returning her phone calls or even answering the phone. Are we the only ones wanting a bus route? We think it is too far to walk (1.7 miles from our house) in 110 degree weather for our kid or any kid for that matter! Any Thoughts?

Anyone who lives in the development allllllllllll the way at the end of Tortosa knows it is to far for children to walk. Not only because of the heat, but because of the unimaginable. Does anyone else have middle schoolers in this development who need a bus?

There are people in Senita who refuse to ride the bus and you can't even get one.

normal busses for jr. high< high School is 2 miles this is for all over Arizona
