Is anyone else having trouble with their cable and Internet through orbital?

I just called the tech support. I had to unplug the router and then reconnect it. Now I have my internet/email. Nothing wrong with cable TV.

Orbitel always seems to have a problem. My internet on the weekend drops to a snail speed.

my orbitel internet is always snail speed. there is no "high speed" about it
