At 7am on June 17, we found a Western Diamondback rattlesnake in our driveway, and then it went into our garage. We called the fire department, and they came right away to take care of it. I heard it before I saw it. It was only about 3 feet long - a pretty young one - and very aggressive. Keep an eye and ear out - especially with pets and children. This species of snake may attack unprovoked, and they can be very territorial and stubborn. |
