Alert | I think that all of us need to stop paying our HOA dues, get rid of the management company, the HOA Board, and the HOA all together. After all they are not doing their jobs, and not providing any service to the residence of the Meadows. All they are doing, is collecting the money and paying their fat saleries with it, and charging outragous prices to make copies of paper and mailing stuff that nobody reads. So lets get rid of the management company and the HOA all together, most of the homes in the area are vacant, or ocupied by renters that do not anve to pay the dues to begin with, and do not follow the CC&R's either. | | | |

I think it is a joke and a crock of CRAP. Anyone notice that our dues went up AGAIN this month?? Do they just get to decide - um...lets charge XXX amount this month. I seriously wish that NO one would pay our dues, not one person. What are they going to do then? | | | |

I think they are going around to the houses they know someone still lives in and making up fines just to cover their bases... Anyone else getting ridiculous fines this month? | | | |

Sorry you think your dues went up this month. The dues have not increased, what you are seeing is possibly the increase amount due to fines.
You always have the option for appealilng your fines to the BOD. I encourage you to do so if you were fined under extrordinary circumstances.
I have a hard time with people referring to the Management Company or the BOD NEVER listening and doing things THEIR way. This is not so. If you came to a meeting, you would see lots of dialogue between the BOD and the members, when calm and rationale.
Remember, last year we were the ONLY HOA that DIDN'T raise dues, all the other associations did, borrowed against their reserves, etc. We have stayed fiscally responsible and sound and all decisions are available for review on the website. If anyone questions the BOD and their decisions, my email is cki557@gmail.com and I will personally send the question to the entire BOD for response. We have hard times right now with gas and housing, let's not get caught up in the negativity of pointing fingers. It just doesnt work.

Sometimes tone of voice can get someone to call you back, or not call you back. They are really fast on email as well, try getting someone's email address. | | | |
