FYI your MUSD is going to put a bus barn in the Rancho El Dorado residents back yard. I have one under construction in my back yard in Casa Grande. You will not like it and you better act now. They do not have to tell you about it, They do not have to go to the city to get it approved. MUSD business is public information, I suggest someone follow it up.

It was presented and discussed at the last school board meeting. There was no action taken. The land in question is between RED and the Lakes. This is the site that was originally slated for a school but was later decided not to build a school on because of the power lines. The district needs to have a place for the transportation dept and it seemed fiscally responsible to utilize this piece of property. However, the board did voice their concerns about it being in a residential area and nearby to a proposed park. It was also suggested that the school officials contact the owners of the adjacent property/park. It was presented as information only.

"It was presented as information only"
It ended up as for information only, they want to push that ASAP. The city has problems with the location, I am sure the residents will. There have been zero traffic impact studies, nor is the school district going to pursue any, because they cost money. School boards have cart blanche and do what they want when they want with NO reguard for residential areas.
I'm done, I have my own problem in CG, you can deal with yours, now or later, it is up to you.
