I hope the seeding that the gardeners put down coms in green, not multicolored. Is this a nutrient problem that we do not have green grass? R.E.D. has the best green grass out here, besides my front yard and a few others.

3 yrs ago it was nice and green. They probably just need to fertilize. My grass was "multicolored" too and all it took was one application of the cheapest bag or fertilizer that I could find at Ace.

How bout that grass?  We are still waiting for it to turn green! It always looks like it needs to be mowed. What's up with that? I never seem to see the landscapers doing anything but "taking a break". Why doesn't the HOA seem to see what we see?

I see the landscapers haulin' tail on that big rider mower. I think it is a problem with the fertilizer that they do not use. Look at Maricopa Meadows since H & N took over the grass is green, green, green... Maybe triple A should take a lesson from them on how to make the grass green again!
