I go to the pool daily with my famiy and every time we are there we see cars pulling in to our community and coming swimming. All they have to do is reach their hand over the gate and push the bar to open it. They don't live here and they don't pay to swim in that pool. We pay close to $100 a month in our HOA dues and I'm sure a large chunk of that goes to maintain the pool area.

I have gotten increasingly frustrated about it and have made 2 not so pleasant calls to the HOA. I spoke with Deborah on Monday and she was going to put in a request to the board of directors to extend the top of the gates so that it would be impossible for people that don't live here to swim in it. You would have to have a key to get in. I am not an uptight person by any means and I don't like to create problems, but our pool is turning into a public poo!!

If anyone else is upset about this, I urge you to contact the HOA also, maybe if there is enough of us complaining about it, something will get done.

Walk up to them and politely say "Beat it, Senita-loser".

"public poo." That's a pretty funny typo. At least, I HOPE it's a typo!

It might not be a typo, someone pooped in our pool. People are gross.

Funny you should mention that, I made the same request about the gate on Monday.  We'll see if they follow through.

Also, as far as cleaning, the person I spoke with was going to request a Monday, Wed, Fr schedule as opposed to the T/Th schedule for cleaning we have now.  I told her I doubted it was being cleaned at all, and I was going to check on it on Tuesday (today).

Are you serious teal_cow? Someone actually pooped in our pool? Was it a kiddie poo or an adult one? If it was adult, that is so sad and disgusting.

us CF residents feel your pain! Good luck, as we can't seem to keep people out of our pool (and pooing in it either!) and splash pad

bmw4242001,

In Cobblestone Farms someone pooped in the pool on purpose. They jumped the fence, got in the pool, pooped, and then jumped back over the fence. A neighbor saw this, the pooper was at least 16.

Are you ready for some football?

He probably lives in Senita and was kicked out of your pool.
