I live in senita phase 3 on ibis way and i have the carefree model home.  Does anyone with this same floorplan have an issue with the downstairs bedroom and entryway getting warmer than the rest of the house?  The warmth keeps to the bedroom, entryway and part of the hallway and lower steps of the stairs. 

Any solutions for keeping this area cool?  we tossed around the idea of swapping out the light for a ceiling fan.
