That's a bummer.  Some cracking is ok, even expected depending on the type & location.  Keep trying to get ahold of these guys and keep a log of your efforts/results.  Send a letter as well, preferrably with signature required.  If still no response, start paperwork with the ROC, if they're licensed.  If nothing else, it might light a fire under someone's behind.  Good luck!

Used them a year ago..........did a pretty good job. But, didn't want to back up their
work on the sprinkler system....just a couple months later...and several plants died.......hard headed & stubborn young things that don't realize customer service is what keeps you in business! Took weeks to call back...........finally just fixed everything that was wrong ourselves.
So, havent' tried to contact them recently.

They are Lic with ROC.........& I think phone numbers are the same.
one phone number doesn't answer anymore......the other one i think you can leave a message.
But, he never gets back to you.............
So, I have a feeling they aren't really in business anymore.
Good luck trying to find them!

We had a similar issue a few years ago. The contractor fell off the face of the earth and we had no choice but to file a claim with the ROC. Even with speedy efforts on our part and excellent documentation, it still took over 1-1/2yrs to get our check... and that was without the contractor contesting our complaint or even responding to it. The people that we dealt with at the ROC were excellent though. Very helpful and sympathetic. Best of luck to you! Hopefully, just notice from the ROC will compel these guys to follow through with you.
